Veris for Front Desk fetches information regarding Veris ID’s. It can instantly match profiles (authentication) and check invites (authorization) of any Veris ID that it comes into contact with.
Check-in:
When a guest arrives at a venue that has a Veris Terminal, he or she taps the start screen and selects the Veris Check-In option. Then they display their Veris ID in front of the Terminal screen for instant scanning. In just a few seconds Veris for Front Desk matches the Veris ID profile with Veris Cloud and simultaneously checks if that ID has a valid Veris Invite for that particular location.
If the Veris ID is authentic and authorized the guest is checked-in to that venue. Instant alerts are sent to the host.
Check-in happens in a matter of seconds without a single prompt, question or detail being typed or furnished – fully secure with no compromises. Great for guest and host alike.
Check-out:
On their way out, checked–in guests simply tap a Check Out option displayed on the Veris Terminal start screen and close their visit. Instant Alerts are sent out to the host once again.
